2 c. AP flour
2/3 c. cocoa powder
1 t. baking soda
½ t. salt
1 ⅓ c. (303g) butter, softened
2 c. granulated sugar
2 eggs
2 t. vanilla extract
10 oz. REESE'S peanut butter chips
12 oz. white chocolate chips

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350º
2. Mix flour, cocoa,baking soda, and salt and set aside
3. In stand mixer, with paddle attachment, beat butter and sugar until well blended.
4. Add eggs and vanilla extract.
5. Gradually add flour mixture and mix well
6. Add white chocolate and peanut butter chips
7. Scoop using the black handle portion scoop.
8. Bake 8 to 9 minutes.
9. Cool slightly.
10. Remove to wire rack to cool completely
