3 c. flour
1 t. baking powder
1/2 t. baking soda
1/2 t. salt
1 c. butter or margarine, softened
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 t. vanilla

Topping:
1/2 c. sugar
1 t. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour with baking powder, baking soda and salt, set aside.
In a large bowl of electric mixer, at medium speed, beat butter, sugar and eggs until light and fluffy.
At low speed, beat in sour cream and vanilla until smooth.
Gradually beat in flour mixture until well combined. Refrigerate 1 hour
Meanwhile, preheat oven to 375º. Lightly grease cookie sheets.
Drop batter by slightly rounded teaspoonfuls, 2 inches apart, onto the prepared cookie sheet.
For the topping, combine 1/2 c. sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle a little on unbaked cookies.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden-brown. Remove to wire rack to cool
