1/4 cup butter
1-7 oz package coconut (flaked)
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1-8 oz package cream cheese softened
1-14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
1-16 oz package whipped topping thawed
2 baked 9" pie shells
1-12 oz jar caramel ice cream topping

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in large skillet. Add coconut and pecans. Cook until golden brown, stirring constantly. Set mixture aside. Combine cream cheese and condensed milk; beat until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Layer 1/4 of caramel topping on each pie. Sprinkle 1/4 coconut mixture on each pie. Repeat layers, cover and let freeze firm. Let frozen pie stand at room temp 5 minutes before slicing.
