1 c. All-Purpose Flour
¼ c. Sugar
¼ tsp Salt
2 tbsp Melted Butter
1 Egg
Juice of 1 Lemon or Lime
Zest of 1 Lemon or Lime
½ tsp Baking Powder
Powder Sugar to top cookies
Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350ºF
2. Mix all ingredients (except powder sugar) together.
3. Let dough rest for 20 minutes in refrigerator.
4. Using a small cookie scoop, form cookies and roll each ball in powder sugar.
5. Place balls about 2 inches apart on parchment-lined baking sheet.
6. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
7. Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
