1½ to 2 lbs ground beef
2 eggs
1 C bread crumbs
¼ C parmesan cheese
1 medium onion, chopped fine
3 buttons garlic, chopped fine
1 t oregano
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together with hands & form into meatballs. Brown under broiler or in skillet in small amount of oil until brown on all sides. Cook in sauce about 2 hours. Remove meat balls from sauce & mix sauce & spaghetti together. Place meatballs on top of sauce & spaghetti in serving dish.

This recipe is from Tim's grandma, Corienne Calcara (1907-1990). She helped her son, Mike Calcara, raise Tim & his brothers, Robin & Jamie, after their parents, Mike & Barbara, were divorced.
