1 lb unsalted butter
2 cup Flour
Mix and put in fridge

1 Tsp Salt
2 Cup Flour
3 Egg Yolk
1 Tbsp Vinegar
1 Tsp Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
On board, make well and Add ingredients. Then add about 1/2 cup water working it in a little at a time. Then work by slapping & pulling until it doesn’t stick to your fingers. Add a little flour if needed.
Then roll out. Then spread the butter mixture over the bottom leaving a little edge at the top. Fold in thirds, then fold in thirds the other way, tucking in ends. Wrap in wax paper then wrap in damp cloth. Place in fridge for 1 hour. Take out, and roll in thirds then thirds. Repeat twice more 1 hour intervals. Refrigerate overnight. Cut in 8 pieces. Work one piece at a time. refrigerate rest.
Cut, fill and bake. 400F12-15 minutes
