1 quart milk, warmed to 120º
2 packages yeast
1/4 cup warm water
1 tablespoon sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1 c oil
1 c sugar
4 tsp salt
11 c bread flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water (110º to 115º) with 1 tsp sugar. Let rise to full capacity, about 10 minutes.

Heat milk to 120º. Place milk in large bowl. Add beaten eggs, oil, sugar, salt, and yeast. Then add flour.

Knead 10 min. Let rise 1 hour.
Punch down. Let rise 1 hour.
Form into buns and let rise 2 hours.

Bake @ 325º for 20 min. Makes 4 1/2 to 5 dozen buns. Buns double in size while baking.

Tips:
Make sure to use bread flour.
Rub your hands in Crisco while rolling buns.
9 on a normal cookie sheet. 12 on a Jelly Roll pan.
Add melted butter on top when removed from the oven.
