230 g unsalted butter, softened
120 g ground roasted macadamia nuts
240 g self-rising flour
20 g rice flour
2 tbsp milk powder
180 g confectioner’s sugar
2 egg yolks
8 tsp matcha powder
½ tsp salt

Topping:
Macadamia nuts, finely chopped
Egg white wash

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
2. Using a hand mixer, cream butter and sugar on high until light and fluffy.
3. Add egg yolks and mix well.
4. Add in flour, milk, baking powder, ground nuts, matcha powder and salt and mix until combined.
5. Roll dough into 7g balls and place on cookie sheet.
6. Flatten dough slightly, brush cookie with egg white wash and top with a sprinkle of ground macadamia nuts.
7. Bake cookies for 10-13 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
