Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This recipe was originally given to Elaine Batterman from Helen Reichert. Elaine went on to make these cookies to serve with milk for the kids that would come to the dairy farm on a field trip to learn about cows. This recipe has become a family favorite and has become known as the Batterman Cookies within our family.
