1 cup butter
1/3 cup heavy cream
2 cups flour
sugar

cream filling:
1/4 softened butter
3/4 powdered sugar
1 t. vanilla
drop of food coloring
mix all until smooth. Refrigerate.
Directions:
Directions:
Cream cookie ingredients and chill dough.
Roll out dough 1/8 "and cut into rounds.
Transfer rounds onto heavily sugared wax paper, turning to coat both sides.
Place on cookie sheet, and prick 4 times with fork.
Bake 7-9 minutes. Cool. Fill with filling once cooled.
