1 pkg lemon jello (3 oz.)
1 c. boiling water
1 large cream cheese, 8 oz.
1 c. sugar
1 tsp vanilla
*cream the above three ingredients*
1 can milnot evaporated milk (beat until stiff)

Directions:
Directions:
Add cooled jello to cream cheese and gradually add this mixture to milnot. Fold together.

Crust: ¼ lb. melted butter & 1 Tablespoon powered sugar. 30 rolled graham crackers and mix & press into 9x13 pan.

Pour jello mixture on crust and chill.

This came from my mom after I was married. She made this often in the summertime. I love how light and refreshing it is, what a treat!
