1 C Butter Softened
2 C Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla
3 C Flour
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 t. salt
1 C. Toffee Bits

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients and set aside. In a separate bowl, cream together the butter and brown sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Add Vanilla and beat until combined. Add dry ingredients and until a dough forms. Stir in the toffee bits. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 30 minutes. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes.
