2.5 cups All-Purpose Flour
4 tsps baking powder
1 and 1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cups vegetable oil
2/3 to 3/4 cups milk

Directions:
Heat the oven to 425ºF.

Mix flour, baking powder, and salt together, and add the vegetable oil. Stir in enough milk to make a soft dough. Knead lightly, about half a minute, and place the dough on a flour-dusted board. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin (but not too thin!), and cut into biscuits (the best biscuit cutter is a glass cup!).

Place your biscuits on a baking sheet that has been oiled, sprayed with vegetable oil spray, or on a silicone sheet, and bake for about 20 minutes until lightly browned.
