2 cups Fritos

1 onion, chopped

1 bag shredded cheese of your preference (cheddar is good but you can use anything!)

2 - 3 cups of chili - can be home made or from a can

Directions:
Directions:
Pour evenly 2 cups of Fritos into a baking dish.
Sprinkle a small layer of chopped onion and about shredded cheese on top of the Fritos layer, then pour your chili over this in a layer. Repeat the above another time (you should have about half a bag of the shredded cheese left over), and then top the casserole with the remaining cheese sprinkled evenly on top.
Bake in an oven at 350º F for between 15 to 20 minutes, when the cheese on top is melted.
