1 cup mashed very ripe banana
1 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup sour cream
2 eggs beaten
1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine bananas, sugar, oil, sour cream, and eggs, mix thoroughly. In a separate bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, soda and salt; add to banana mixture, mixing to just combined.
Pour into greased 9x5 loaf pan. Bake in 325 deg F oven for 1 to 1/4 hours or until a tester inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes in the pan before turning out onto rack to cool completely.
