2 pounds ground beef
1 cup grated dry bread crumbs
1 Tbsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp minced garlic
1 Tbsp parsley
½ tsp oregano
2 eggs
¾ lb shredded mozzarella cheese (optional, or more if desired)

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs and add the salt, pepper, garlic, parsley, and oregano. Mix well.
2. Combine the ground beef and bread crumbs with the egg mixture. Mix until evenly combined.
3. If desired, add shredded mozzarella cheese to the mixture.
4. Shape the mixture into balls of your preferred size.
5. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet.
6. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.

Passed down from Jay Gagners family and I tweaked it to how our family likes it. We put with our sauce, but can eat alone too. Note cheese was added :)
