1 Cup Butter, softened
1/2 Cup Packed brown sugar
1/4 Cup Granulated sugar
2 1/4 Cups All-purpose flour
1 tsp Vanilla extract
3/4 Cup Chocolate chips
1 tsp Flaky sea salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º

2. Beat together butter, brown sugars, granulated sugar and vanilla in stand mixer fitted with paddle. Medium high. 4 to 5 minutes
3. Reduce to medium low.
4. Add flour in 2 batches until just incorporated, scraping sides of bowl
5. Stir in chocolate chips
6. Divide dough in 1/2 and place onto large sheets of plastic wrap
7. Shape each dough into 6" by 1 1/2" logs
8. Wrap and twist tightly
9. Refrigerate at least 2 hours
10. Line cookies sheets with parchment paper
11. Remove logs from plastic
12. Slice into 1 inch slices and place 1 inch apart
13. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt
14. Freeze for 10 minutes

15. Bake about 15-18 minutes

Cool on baking sheet about 10 minutes and transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
