6 cups cubed 1 inch french bread
2 cups shredded chicken
2 cups sliced 1/4 inch fresh mushrooms
1-1/2 cups shredded cheese
1-1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
10 eggs
1-1/3 cups milk1/3 cup dry white wine or chicken broth
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup Dijon-style mustard
1/4 tsp pepper

In greased 13x 9 inch baking pan place bread. Layer with chicken, mushrooms and cheeses. Meanwhile, in a large bowl whisk together all remaining ingredients. Pour over layered chicken mixture. Cover and refrigerate 6 hours or overnight. Heat oven to 325º.. Uncover and bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until set in the center. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
