3 packs yeast
1 Tbsp salt
4 tsp sugar
6 Tbs lard
4 cups warm water
6 cups + 4 cups all purpose flour
egg wash

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, stir together the yeast, salt, sugar, lard, and warm water.
2. Once blended, add 6 cups of flour and mix thoroughly.
3. Add approximately 4 more cups of flour so dough becomes stiff.
4. Don't knead.
5. Cover bowl with a damp dish towel and allow it to rise for 1 hour in a warm, draft free environment..
6. Dough should grow to double in size. Once it does, punch down and let rise again until double in size again.
7. This time, do not punch down.
8. Grease 3 loaf pans well.
9. Divide dough into 3 equal portions.
10. Shape each portion to fit each pan, filling no more than half way full.
11. Allow to rise until double in size.
12. Preheat oven to 400º.
13. Brush with egg wash.
13. Bake for 45 minutes.
