1 c margarine softened
1 c granulated sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp ground nutmeg
½ tsp soda
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp ground allspice
½ tsp baking powder
1 c canned pumpkin
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups flour
1 cup raisins
1 cup chopped walnuts

ICING


1 (3) oz pkg cream cheese (soft)
1 cup powdered sugar
2 Tbsp water

Mix ingredients & spread over cooked cookies. Allow icing to harden

Directions:
Preheat to 350 Cream butter & sugar in large bowl until fluffy. Add next 3 ingredients mixing well. In a medium bowl, soft together next 7 ingredients. Add to creamed mixture mixing well. Stir in raisins & nuts Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto greased baking sheet. Bake 12-15 min or until light brown. Cook on wire rack. Store in airtight container. Makes 7 doz cookies.
