3T butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg beaten
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup flour
3 cups diced apple
1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar, add egg, mix well
Sift dry ingredients together, add to creamed mixture. Stir in diced apples, nuts and vanilla. Pour into greased 8x8x2 pan. Bake at 350º 40-45 minutes.
