1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 fryer chicken, cut up, rinsed and drained of all water.
1 qt. corn oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, salt, paprika, and pepper in bag. Put chicken in bag and shake well. Fry pieces in pan with the corn oil 20 minutes on each side or until reaches internal temperature of 165 degrees. Drain on paper towels.
