2-3 lb. ground beef
1 large onion
1 tbsp. tomato paste
1 can tomato sauce
1 large can whole tomatoes
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. Italian seasoning
Spaghetti or angel hair pasta noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the ground beef with the chopped onion. Drain any excess fat. Add the tomato paste, sauce and cut up tomatoes. Add 1 tsp. salt, sugar and Italian seasoning. Simmer at least an hour but the longer the better.

Serve over cooked pasta.

Grandma's famous spaghetti sauce recipe. We cut the tomato paste from 1 can to 1 tbsp over the years to decrease the heartburn, but the taste is still there.
