100 g Parmesan cheese
125 g Flour
80 g Cold Butter
Salt
Pepper
1 Egg

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and knead with your hands. Add a pinch of salt. If dough is too dry, add 20 g butter. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and cut our the biscuits. Place biscuits on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Brush each biscuit with egg white and sprinkle with pepper. Bake in a preheated oven at 356ºF for 10 minutes.
