1300 g stale Bread
50 g Walnuts
100 g Raisins
20 g Candied Fruit
30 g Pine nuts
1 Apple
400 ml Milk
2 Eggs
1 Tbsp Cocoa powder
50 g Dry Cookies
50 g Amaretti
20 g Sugar
200 g Dark chocolate
Directions:
Directions:
Soak the pieces of stale bread in milk for 30 minutes. Knead the bread with your hands until it is soft. Add all the other ingredients and obtain a homogeneous mixture. Bake in the oven at 356ºF for 45-50 minutes.
