120g butter
60g light brown sugar
90g demerara style brown sugar
35 g whole egg
140g plain flour
1g baking powder
160g chopped chocolate
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients.

Scoop into 65g balls and put on parchment lined baking sheet.

Bake for 10-12 minutes. Let cool on baking sheet before removing.
