1 peck apples
1 gallon applie cider
6 cups sugar
½ tbsp cloves
1 tbsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and slice apples. Add cider and cook until soft. Press into sauce. Boil strained pulp until thick enough to heap on a spoon. Add sugar and spices. Boil until it's so thick that no liquid runs out when put on a cold plate. Pour into hot jars. Process in a canner 10 minutes
