20 Graham crackers, crushed fine
1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
1/4 cup sugar
1 package Lemon Jello
1 cup hot water
8 ounce package cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 large can evaporated milk (Put in refrigerator the night before)

CRUST:
*Mix together the graham crackers, butter, and 1/4 cup sugar.
FILLING:
*Dissolve the lemon jello in the 1 cup of hot water and cool.
*Cream together 8 oz package of cream cheese with 1 cup sugar and vanilla.
*Beat the chilled can of evaporated milk until stiff.
*Add cheese mixture and Jello and beat until all is mixed.
*Put in crust and spread. Let stand 1/2 hour then sprinkle top with graham cracker crumbs. Put in the refrigerator.
