Notes: This spaghetti sauce was put on Grandma Tomboli's homemade Spaghetti noodles. Grandma would make on her kitchen table. She would roll and cut them on the same table. She then hung them on a wooden dial that Grandpa Tomboli had made for her to dry noodles. Every year that was everyone's Christmas gift from Grandma and Grandpa Tomboli, We would have homemade spaghetti, homemade bread, cece (pronounced chach) and lupini beans. I remember every year on the way to Grandma and Grandpa house Dad would stop at the liquor store to get Grandpa a bottle of Mogan David Wine. Grandpa's dad would make Muskadine wine. Seasonings in this recipe are a guess, Grandma never measured she would and throw it in pot.
