2 teaspoons butter
¾ lb. ground beef
¼ lb. ground pork
1 cup onions, chopped
½ cup green peppers, chopped
1 Tablespoon garlic, chopped
2 eggs
½ cup heavy cream
¾ - 1 cup bread crumbs
Salt and black pepper
2 Tablespoons flour
2 Tablespoons water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease loaf pan with butter. In a mixing bowl combine beef, pork, onions, peppers, garlic, cream and bread crumbs. Blend thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper. Shape into a loaf and place in loaf pan. Bake for 1 - 1½ hours.

Remove pan from the oven, using a long spatula; remove the meat loaf from the loaf pan.
