Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 box yellow cake mix
½ cup unsalted butter, softened
1 8 oz package cream cheese
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup powdered sugar (for rolling)
¼ cup festive sprinkles

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º and line baking sheet with parchment paper.

2 Mix the dough: beat together softened butter, cream cheese, egg and vanilla extract until smooth. Gradually add in the yellow cake mix and mix until the dough is soft and well combined. The dough will be sticky, which is perfectly normal!

3. Chill the dough in refrigerator for 30 minutes to make it easier to roll.

4. Roll 1 inch balls and roll in powdered sugar to give it a sweet snowy finish. For extra festivity, gently press some holiday sprinkles in to the top of each dough ball.

5. Place 2 inches apart on baking sheet and bake at 350º for 10-12 minutes. They are done when the edges are set but centers remain soft. Do not overbake.

6. Allow to cool on baking sheet 5 minutes. Enjoy. They can be stored in air tight container for one week or freeze dough balls for 3 months.
