1 cup chunky peanut butter
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 large egg
1 Tbsp baking soda
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 cup mini semi chocolate chips


There is no flour in this recipe

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º Mix first five ingredients, mix in chips. Using moistened hands, form generous 1 Tbsp dough balls for each cookie. Arrange on 2 ungreased baking sheet, spacing 2 inches apart. Bake until puffed, golden on bottom and still soft to the touch in center about 12 minutes. Transfer to cooling rack .
