1 cup butter
1 cup white sugar
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
4 tbso water
2 tbsp flax seed meal
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups white flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
3 cups oats
1 cup chocolate chips
4 tbsp brewer's yeast

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°
Mix the flaxseed meal and water and let sit for 3-5 minutes.
Beat butter, sugar, and brown sugar well.
Add eggs and mix well.
Add flaxseed mix and vanilla, beat well.
Sift together flour, brewers yeast, baking soda, and salt.
Add dry ingredients to butter mix.
Stir in oats and chips.
Scoop onto baking sheet – 1 TBSP (if cookies come out flat, add more flower)
Bake for 9-10 minutes.
Let set for a 5 minutes then remove from tray

Store in airtight container or freeze

New mommies should eat as many of these cookies as they can manage. They are delicious but the ingredients will help promote milk supply and improve its quality as well.
