1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
1½ cups sugar
2 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2¾ cups flour
1½ tsp cream of tartar
½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt

Cinnamon–Sugar Mix:
¼ cup sugar
1½ Tbsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix butter and sugar – mix for 4–5 min until fluffy.
2. Add eggs and vanilla. Cream 1–2 min longer.
3. Stir in flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt until combined.
4. Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes.
5. Roll into small balls (smooth) and cover with cinnamon-sugar mixture.
6. For flatter cookies – press down center.
7. Bake at 350°F for 9–11 minutes.
