SOUR CREAM NUT HORNS

4 cups of flour ½ pint sour cream
4 egg yolks one cup of margarine
½ tsp salt 2 pkg yeast
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast ½ cup warm water with 3 tbs sugar and 3 tbs flour put aside to rise.

Put flour and salt into a bowl, cut the ola into the flour (like for pie dough).

Beat egg yolks sightly, blend egg yolk, sour cream and vanilla into the rise yeast and work it into the flour,ola mixture, work it till is will blended.
Refrigerate for 2 hrs or overnight

Roll on a board sprinkled with power sugar, sugar. (andbake)
Bake – 350 – 15 – 20 min.Apricots

1 lb apricots ( few drops of
3 cups water lemon juice
3 cup sugar ( about )

Cook over low heat until soft, add more water if necessary ( be sure all water is cook out )
Add sugar stirring until fruit comes to full boiling point and cook 3 min longer without stirring remove from heat remove foam and stir a few drops of lemon juices
Cool, cover store in refrigerator
