6 T sugar
1 C butter
1 tsp vanilla
2 C flour/ sifted with
1 tsp salt
1 C pecans cut very fine
Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and butter.
Add vanilla.
Stir in sifted flour, salt and nuts.
Mix with hands and shape into balls.
Bake on parchment covered cookie sheet for 10 minutes at 400º

Roll in powdered sugar while still hot.
