1 cup raw rice
2 quarts water
l 12 oz can evaporated milk
Whip 2 eggs & add a little milk
1 cup white sugar

Directions:

Boil rice in water for 20 minutes leaving some water.

Add the evaporated milk
Add the eggs and sugar
Boil slowly until thick.
