1 c. pecans
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. butter- cut up
2 c. flour
Directions:
Directions:
In blender pulse pecans with 1/4 c. powdered sugar until nuts are finely chopped. Add butter and vanilla and process until smooth. Add flour and process until evenly mixed and dough forms.

Roll into 3/4" balls. Bake at 325º for 16-18 mins or until lightly browned. Cool about 3 mins. place remaining powdered sugar in bowl, while still warm roll cookies in powdered sugar. When cool roll cookies in sugar again.
