½ cup sugar
½ tsp baking soda
⅛ tsp salt
1 tsp white vinegar
½ cup butter
25 pecans

Combine dry ingredients, whisk
Cut in butter, then add vinegar and hand mix until crumbly. Press into 1 tsp balls and put on parchment lined sheet. Press one pecan on top of each cooked
