Pre-heat oven 350º F

1½ cups macaroni
3 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
½ tsp salt
Dash of pepper
2 cups milk
2 cups of cubed Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni according to package directions, drain

Cheese Sauce
In medium saucepan melt butter, stir in all-purpose flour, salt and pepper
Add milk all at once, cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
Cook and stir 1 - 2 minutes more
Add cubed cheese, stir until melted.
Stir macaroni into Cheese Sauce
Pour macaroni and Cheese Sauce into a 1½ quart casserole baking dish
Bake in oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until heated thoroughly
