1½ c. Sugar
½ c. Butter
½ c. Shortening
2 Eggs
2¾ c. Flour
2 tsp. Cream of Tartar
1 tsp. Salt

2 Tbsp. Sugar
2 tsp. Cinnamon

Pre-heat oven to 375º
Beat sugar, butter, and shortening for several minutes until smooth.
Add next 4 ingredients and mix well
Shape dough in rounded teaspoonfuls into balls
Mix the sugar and cinnamon together and roll the balls into the mixture to coat
Place 2In. Apart on un greased cookie sheet.
Bake for 8-10 minutes
