Meat of one chicken or half of a big hen, cut or torn into chunks
2 cups bread crumbs, can be toasted
1 cup celery, sliced thin
1 cup chicken stock, can be thickened
1 teaspoon salt
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 eggs, slightly beaten

Mix well and bake at 300º for 1 hour covered.
