1 cup oil
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 pck instant chocolate pudding
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 2/3 cups flour
9 oz chocolate chips
1 cup crumbled graham cracker pieces (not crumbs)
1 cup mini marshmallows, plus extra for garnish

Preheat oven to 350º

Whisk together oil, sugars and eggs until smooth and combined. Add pudding mix, baking soda, salt and vanilla extract. Whisk to combine. Add flour. Using a spoon, stir until combined. Add chocolate chips, graham cracker pieces and marshmallows. Stir until evenly distributed.

Divide dough into two and form two loaves. Top with marshmallows pressing them in slightly so they stick to the dough.

Bake for 25 minutes; until top feels set.

Cool for 10 minutes and cut into 3/4" sticks.
