1¾ cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup sugar

¼ cup unsalted butter

¼ cup plain or vanilla yogurt

1/3 cup vegetable oil

2 eggs

2 med/lg mashed overripe bananas

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, stir flour, sugar, baking soda and salt.

Add eggs, mashed bananas, oil, yogurt and vanilla

Stir until combined

Add in nuts

Pour into baking pan

Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean when inserted in middle

Can pour into muffin pan in you choose

Can add shredded coconut, cholate chips, etc
