Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
1 9 x 13 pan cornbread (not the sweet jiffy kind)
1 bag bread stuffing mix (Pepperidge Farms is best)
32 oz chicken broth (might need more)
poultry seasoning
½ onion, finely chopped (or dried minced onions)
2 eggs
celery seed, to taste
salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl: crumble cornbread, add stuffing mix, Stir. Add in chicken, chicken broth and eggs. Stir. Add in remaining ingredients (you have to have a taster to be sure seasoning is correct).

Mixture should be completely moist, if not add additional broth stirring after each addition. Be sure not to make it too runny, Put in a 9 x 13 casserole dish.

Bake at 375º approximately 1 hour or until center is set and hot. Top should be crispy and browned.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
* I use the fried minced onion and celery seed because our family is picky about onions and celery. Granny and mom used real diced onion.
