1 Cup White Sugar
1 Cup Packed Brown Sugar
1 Cup Butter - Softened to Room Temperature
1 Cup Vegetable Oil
1 Egg
1 Tsp. Vanilla
1 Tsp. Coconut Extract
1 Cup Rice Krispies
1 Cup Coconut
1 Cup Quick Oats
3/4 Tsp. Salt
3 1/2 Cups Flour
1 Tsp. Baking Soda
1 Tsp. Cream of Tartar

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix sugar, brown sugar, butter, oil, egg, coconut extract, vanilla, cereal, coconut and oats.

Sift together flour, salt, baking soda & cream of tartar. Then add to sugar mixture and mix well.

Drop by teaspoonful onto greased cookie sheet & bake 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees. (If using a "large" ice cream scoop - bake 20-22 minutes at 350.)
