Cake:
1 cup of butter
4 tbsp cocoa
1 cup of water
2 cups of flour
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup sour cream

Icing:
4 tbsp cocoa
1/2 cup butter
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups icing sugar
6 tbsp evaporated milk or 1/2 and 1/2
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans ( optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
Bring the butter, cocoa, and water to a boil, then remove from heat and allow to cool.
Stir in the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Bake on a greased cookie sheet for 20 minutes.

For the icing:
Combine all ingredients in a pot and boil until it reaches a soft candy stage.
Remove from heat and stir in nuts if desired.
Once the cake is baked, pour the icing over the top and spread as needed to cover.
