2 egg whites, at room temperature
¾ cup sugar
16 oz. chocolate bits

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º degrees.
Beat egg whites until stiff. Beat sugar in gradually until completely incorporated. Fold in chocolate bits. Drop by teaspoonfuls on a cookie sheet lined with baking parchment. Spacing cookies 2 inches apart. Place in oven. Turn off oven and leave until completely cool. (overnight)
