9 granny apples sliced

Batter:

1/2 cup sugar
1 cup flour
3 eggs
1/4 cup oil
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp vanilla extract
12 ounces apricot preserves
Cinnamon
Directions:
Directions:
Slice apples. Place in 9x13.
Spread jelly over apples.
Spread batter over jelly.
Sprinkle cinnamon over batter.
Bake on 350 for one hour.
