6-7 Eggs, Beaten until stiff
2 c Sugar
6 c Milk
4 c Cream (heavy whipping cream)
2½ T Vanilla
½ t Salt
½ -1 Box Ice Cream Salt

KATHY's tweaks:
Extra Vanilla
5 cups milk and 5 cups heavy cream instead of 6 cups milk and 6 cups heavy whipping cream
Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs until fluffy, add sugar gradually, (Kathy beats well after each addition). When mixture becomes stiff & difficult to beat add vanilla, milk, cream and salt. Pour into ice cream freezer container and add milk or cream to the fill line. ½ box of salt for each freezer.
